RSE reaped six Cappie Awards at the March 26 Sacramento Public Relations Associations annual gala dinner recognizing the best of the best in PR work during 2014.
Mental Health Matters Day received a Gold Cappie as the top entry in the special event category under overall public relations campaign. A related campaign was also honored, with Each Mind Matters winning a Bronze Cappie for in the social media category. The event and social media campaign were developed on behalf of the California Mental Health Services Authority.
A second Gold Cappie spotlighted RSE’s work for JACO Environmental as best in the digital infographic realm for making the Top 5 reasons to recycle a refrigerator visually appealing enough for multiple placements in newspapers nationwide.
Meanwhile, RSE digital video work earned two Cappie Awards — a Silver for the pro-bono Boys & Girls Club PSA and a Bronze for a video produced for the Disabled Veteran Business Alliance.
RSE also won a third Bronze for a Breathe California Clean Air Awards press release in the writing category, rounding out solid night of successful work across several communication mediums.
